ABOUT US

NYHHC was established in 1982, primarily as a home care company.  It is a family owned and operated company and
employs over 130 people right here in New York.  Over the years the company expanded into several other lines of business, Rehab and Long Terrm Care Facilities being one of the largest.  Based in Westbury, we serve facilities in Nassau, Suffolk, all Five Boroughs, Westchester, Rockland, Conneticut and New Jersey.  Today, NYHHC, serves over 250 facilities and has become one of the largest equipment suppliers in the New York Metropolitan Area.  We are large enough to service you yet small enough to give you personal care.

WHAT SETS US APART

Our Clinical and Technical support Team is what sets us apart from the rest.  No other organization can possibly match the level of support we provide.  We view our relationships as partnerships.  Because of that, we are inclined to provide our customers with as much clinical and technical support as possible, including various consultations, in-services, and other education and networking programs.  We also assist our customers in their cost-containment efforts.  Over the years, we have learned that cooperation and understanding is the foundation of a long and healthy business relationship.

                                                 DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT

NYHHC has 24-hour per day, 7 day per week emergency service.  We offer 6 day a week standard delivery as well as same-day delivery and a level of technical and clinical support that absolutely CANNOT be matched by any mere “supply company”.

                                        OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISE

The key to success in our business, is understanding the goals and challenges of your business.  We have worked with Sub-Acute and Extended Care Facilities for nearly thirty years and have gained valuable insight into how these businesses are successfully managed and operated. We work diligently to assure that we can meet the needs of the industry we serve.
