NYHHC wound care program consists of board certified wound care nurses who can assist in providing customized specific patient needs, while focusing on patient comfort, positive clinical outcomes, and cost effectiveness.

Service 

Clinical Support

• Board certified wound specialist
• Account management
• Weekly rounds with documentation
• In-service to healthcare staff with CEU credits
• Effectiveness of product treatment outcomes
• Assist in designing and maintaining specific facility protocols
• Obtaining all necessary documentation for Medicare
• Eligibility reimbursement guidelines

Customer Service

• On call support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• Our customer service department will calculate and ship products based on physician's orders
• Will generate computerized reports on all patients weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly

Warehouse Department

• Monitors and tracks inventory levels to assure product needs are always being met

Billing Department

• Electronically submit claims to the appropriate payor source
• Accept assignment for beneficiaries who meet eligibility requirements
• Will monitor and track all claims submitted to ensure timely follow-up, and collections of all billed claims
